Snack: Longan, Brownie with Raspberry Ice Cream–how can this be vegan and so good?

Potluck Snack Lunch on the Park: Baby Summer Squash and Bell Peppers in Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar, Muti-Seeds Wholewheat Crackers, Strawberries, Lemon Puff Cream Sandwich Cookies—my Baby Summer Squash and Bell Peppers in Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar was very popular. Iv’e got many “this is very good!” 🙂

Dinner: Fried Rice (kale, sweet brown rice, smoked vegan ham, onion, corn, sesame seeds), Baked Tofu, Lemon Dates Balls

Dinner: Fried Rice with Vegan Ham, Carrots, Onion, and Bean Sprouts, Green Beans with Sesame Dressing, Simmered Fried Tofu

Lunch: Vegetarian Fried Rice (Brown Rice, Vegan Chicken Ham, Kale, Carrots, Onion, Celery, Chipotle), Iced Green Tea

Dinner: Sweet Brown Rice, Soybeans, Sauteed Spinach, Tofu with Smoked Bonito Flakes (not vegan)—the combination of smoked bonito flakes, soy sauce, and creamy silken tofu is so yummy. I couldn’t resist.
