Cold Lunch: Lentil Burger, Pita, Vegetarian Couscous, Tomato, Green Beans with Sesame Dressing, Avocado

Cold Supper: Hummus, Turnip Coleslaw, Couscous, Tomato, Pita, Strawberries, Strawberries with Home Made Mixed Berry Ice Cream and a Digestive—it was another hot day. I had no energy to cook over stove.

Lunch 1: Vegetarian Paratha, Green Beans with Sesame Dressing

Lunch 2: Vegetarian Couscous, Sauteed Kale and Lambs Quarter, Hummus, Pita

Potluck Dinner on the Rooftop with Fireworks: My Vegetarian Couscous, My Hummus, My Marinaded Bell Peppers, Guacamole and Corn Chips, Wheat Crackers, Baby Carrots, Grape Tomatoes, Zucchini, Corn on the Comb, Blueberry Graham Cracker Pie, Crazy Jello, My Mixed Berry Vegan Ice Cream—oh, boy. I was still full when I wake up this morning.
