Lunch: Fried Rice with Vegan Smoked Chicken Ham, Kale, Green Pepper, Carrot, Onion, Avocado, Sesame Seeds, Taro Pastry—M said this it is the best fried rice ever! The secret is the vegan smoked chicken ham.

Dinner: Miso Udon Soup, Mustard Leaf Dumplings

Lunch: skipped!

Left-over Dinner: Quinoa Salad, Mushroom Tofu Risotto, Apple, Taro Pastry, Tea

Snack: Almond Cookies, a half bag of Vegetarian Jerkey—it’s chewy, savory, sweet vegetarian dried meat. I’m addicted to it now.

Breakfast: Coffee, Green Goddess

Lunch with family at Main Street: Falafel Pita Sandwich with Bulgur Salad, Peach Cobbler—I believe falafel sandwich was vegan, but peach cobbler was totally not. We ordered Plum Pastry with Ice Cream for the table, too. This is one of the few times when I let it slide.

Dinner: Potato Salad, Spicy Tempeh and Kale, Sticky Brown Rice, Taro Pastry—after eating so much sugar, I felt I needed to put something green into my stomach.
