My stomach was tired. We just had the second Nutri Verde food for lunch. I needed something quiet, so I found a jar of sun dried tomatoes at Bonanza Market and whipped up a meal. 🙂

Dinner: Orange Glazed Tempeh, Sauteed Swiss Chard, Kale Cous Cous, Rice and Nori, Apple Blueberry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream—MIchael didn’t like tempeh. I understand. I’m not crazy about it, either. It’s half fermented soybeans. I don’t like Natto, which is completely fermented. So, there was why.

Purple Shake

Breakfast: Coffee, Purple Shake

Lunch: Vegetarian 4-Beans Chili, Corn Bread, Grape Tomatoes, Apple, Tea

Dinner: Japanese Risotto (Shiitake Mushrooms, Enoki Mushrooms, Swiss Chards, Tofu, Zucchini, Rice), all cooked in a broth together—definitely a comfort food in winter, also can be a refrigerator cleaner

Lunch: Pesto Spaghetti with Grape Tomatoes—I’m out of pine nuts. I used walnuts instead. It tasted different, but still good.
