Picnic Lunch at the Sheep & Wool Fair Ground: Avocado and Tomato with Tahini-Lemon Sauce, Pita, Apples, French Fries

Dinner: Eggplant with Marinara Sauce—I thought I can skip baking eggplant by soaking it with salt. Nope.

Purple Shake

Breakfast: Coffee, Purple Shake (Apple Cider, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Kale, Tofu, Green Vibrance)

Tea at Cafe next to National Academy Museum: Rooibos Chai, Scone—a very good scone actually. I don’t even know the name of this tiny cafe nestled inside of the Church of Heavenly Rest.

Dinner at Red Bamboo: Veggie Lo Mein with Soy Chicken, Carrot Cake—the Lo Mein was simple, but good. Carrot cake was a disappointment. I saw so many cheese cakes passing by. I should have ordered one for myself, although cheese cake is not my thing… I liked this little vegan restaurant. It was packed at 7 p.m.

Mexican Plate for Lunch: Basmati Rice and Kidney Beans, Guacamole, Tomato Salsa, Sauteed Kale, Corn Tortillas, Baked Tofu

Dinner: Refried Kidney Beans, Sauteed Kale, Wheat Crackers, Miso Rice Crackers

Dessert: Strawberry Cream with Digestives—a make shift old fashion Strawberry Short Cake

Green Goddess

Breakfast: Coffee, Green Goddess Shake

Cold Lunch: Lentil Burger, Pita, Vegetarian Couscous, Tomato, Green Beans with Sesame Dressing, Avocado

Cold Supper: Hummus, Turnip Coleslaw, Couscous, Tomato, Pita, Strawberries, Strawberries with Home Made Mixed Berry Ice Cream and a Digestive—it was another hot day. I had no energy to cook over stove.
