Dinner: Left-over from Buddah Bodai, Sauteed Pea Pod Leaves, Shiitake Mushroom Duck, BBQ Pork

Lunch from Sun Rise Mart: Ume Brown Rice Ball, Kombu Brown RIce Ball, Spinach Namuru—Surprisingly I didn’t have a much appetite today. I couldn’t finish what I bought.

Dinner: Quinoa Salad, Roasted Beets, Left-over Sun Dried Tomato Pasta—yum! Roasted beets are candies. I finished the whole plate easilyl. Back to normal.

Valentine’s Day Chocolate Chip Cookies: M helped me to bake them. They are vegan and 50 % less wheat and chocolatey. Next time, I will try NG.

Breakfast: Coffee, Pumpernickel with Almond Butter, Strawberries, Banana, Pear

Lunch: 6 Grain Rice, Lotus Kimpira, Black Beans, Spinach, Miso Soup with Burdock Roots, Tofu and Satoimo (taro)—a nice Japanese lunch my friend whipped up after she discovered that I became a vegan. Yum. Her son said it’s too healthy. 🙂

Dinner: Mustard Leaf Dumplings, Sweet Brown Rice, Boiled Spinach—a nice dinner my husband whipped up. 🙂

Breakfast: Coffee, Very Berry Shake with OJ—with a new vita-mix blender, it was a breeze.

Lunch at Heath Nut: Scrambled Tofu, Seitan and Green Pepper, Greens—a good choice. I’m getting better at this place.

Dinner: Miso Udon Soup with Tofu, Spinach, Enoki Mushrooms, Chinese Cabbage, Sesame Seeds, GF Vegan Brownie with Pumpkin Ice Cream
