Breakfast: Coffee, Very Berry Shake

Lunch: PadThai at Chef’s Secret—this wasn’t as good as I remembered. Disappointing. Their Pad See Yu or Pad See Ew was better. I will stick to what I like from now on.

Dinner: Beet Salad, Toast—now, I feel like a vegan. I don’t usually eat only salad for a meal, although that’s what most non-vegan people would think what we eat.

Mango-Raspberry Shake

Breakfast: Coffee, Mango-Raspberry Shake

Lunch at Japanese Church: Inari, Futomaki—I got there late, yet they fed me. They always do. And I’m not even a Christian. Sweet people.

Snack 1 at Lavender Cafe: Simple Green Salad, Chips—we were bit too late for lunch and too early for dinner. They didn’t offer dinner menus yet.

Snack 2: Mustard Leaf Dumplings

Tuesday’s Menu 5/8

Very Pink Shake

Breakfast: Coffee, Very Pink Shake

Lunch: Fried Rice with Vegan BBQ Pork, Sauteed Broccoli Rabe, Orange

Dinner: Avocado with Wasabi Soy Sauce, Sweet Brown Rice, Hummus, Baked Tofu, Roasted Beets, Grains/Tri-colored Pepper Salad, Stewed Collard Greens with Tomatoes—this baked tofu is easy to make and yummy.

Lunch: Fried Rice, Broccoli Rabe
