Breakfast: Coffee, Tropical Shake (Banana, Pineapple, OJ, Almond Milk)
Lunch at Le Pain: Vegetable Quiche—this was a disappointment. The Quiche was microwaved to luke warm, and a small slice, lacking of a piece of cantaloupe and pesto vinaigrette. I ordered this, because there was not much of vegan choices there and I love Pesto! I understand it was during the busy lunch rush and the waitress was nice, but very disappointing indeed.
Snack: 2 Oranges and a Banana
Dinner: Roasted Garlic Lentil Soup, Roasted Beets with Mixed Greens, Apple Sauce
