Breakfast: Coffee, Mixed Berry Shake with OJ

Late Lunch at Ny Tofu House: Vegetable Tofu Stew—I really wanted to try this place and wanted to love this place since my favorite Korean restaurant in San Francisco has a similar name, “My Tofu House.” I hoped they would be related, thus their food would be equally good. It didn’t seem like they were related. The tofu soup was good, but wasn’t amazing, and the TV variety music show they were passionately watching was mesmerizing as well as obnoxious. I still enjoyed the salads and pickles most Korean restaurants give before the dinner.

Monday’s Menu 11/12

Very Berry Milk Shake

Breakfast: Coffee, Very Berry Milk Shake

Lunch: Classic Falafel Sandwich from Crisp—mmmmm…it was ok. Their sign said “the best falafel in town”, and that’s why I walked in. Their whole wheat pita was too fluffy and thick, cucumber/tomato salad in the sandwich was flavor less. There are quite a few Middle Eastern food chain opened up in the city and I was happy about it. I haven’t found any of them is really flavorful, yet.

Dinner: Fried Rice (green peas, corn, onion, brown rice, tofu), Veggie Burger

Lunch: Clementines, Apple, Mixed Berry Cobbler—all the melted frozen berries were used to make a cobbler.
