Breakfast: Coffee, Green Goddess Shake—the resin in dark dinosaur kale started to bother me. It changed the taste of Green Goddess Shake. I parboiled kale to reduce the resin content, which helped some but not completely. I might take a break from kale shake for a while.
Lunch: Lentil Burger again. It’s so good and I made tons of them.
Dinner: Beet Stew, Guacamole, Tomato Salsa, Flat Bread, Mango, Iced Mint Tea, Newman’s Chocolate Cookies and Berries
