Breakfast: Coffee, Green Goddess Shake
Lunch: Roasted Pepper/Arugula Sandwich on a Muti-Grain Panini Bread, Grape Tomatoes, Guacamole, Tomato Salsa, Tortillas, Balsamic Vinegar
Snack: Half of a donut…my weakness to the sweets. But last time I had a donut was more than 1 year ago.
Dinner: Raw Tomato Soup, Sauteed Kale, Avocado, Roasted Beets, Sweet Brown Rice, Nori, Arugula, Wasabi Soysauce—I wrapped rice, kale and avocado in nori, and dip it in wasabi soysauce. It is an instant vege roll. It is so simple, yet yummy.
