Lunch: One day I packed extra food into another lunch box and invited a friend for lunch at work. Today she returned me a favor! But once again, I forgot to photograph them. Ahhhhh! Beets Burger, Sweet Potato/Arugula/ Sunflower Seeds Salad, Curry Soup. Yummmm.
Dinner: Vegetable Pad Thai (firm tofu, green bell pepper, carrots, shallots, green beans, flat rice noodles, peanuts, lemon, tamarind concentrate, sugar, fish sauce), Sauteed Spinach, Daifuku, Tea

Tuesday Lunch: Sweet Brown Rice, Sauteed Broccoli Rabe, Vegetarian Chili, 2 Oranges
Dinner: Sweet Brown Rice, Sauteed Broccoli Rabe, Kimpira, Soybeans with Kelp, Japanese Pear, Yomogi Daifuku (Sticky rice, azuki beans, sugar, mugwort leaves), Green Tea—Ah, Nope, I haven’t tired of this combination yet.
T-Lunch: Vegetarian Chili, Broccoli Rabe, Brown Rice
Dinner: Broccoli Rabe, Kimpira, Brown Rice, Soybeans
Yomogi Daifuku, Japanese Pear, Green Tea
