Dinner: Fried Rice with Vegan Ham (Brown Rice, Vegan Ham, Onion, Carrot, Broccoli Rabe, Green Pepper, Red Pepper), Apple Sauce with stewed Dried Apricots

I buy Vegan Ham from May Wah, a vegetarian food shop, in Chinatown, NYC. They add great flavor for fried rice.
