Dinner: Avocado with Wasabi Soy Sauce, Sweet Brown Rice, Hummus, Baked Tofu, Roasted Beets, Grains/Tri-colored Pepper Salad, Stewed Collard Greens with Tomatoes—this baked tofu is easy to make and yummy.

Dinner at Organic Grill: Wheatberry-Arugula Salad, Vegan Deviled Eggs, with Smoked Paprika Dressing, Pita, very weak Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea, a bite of my friend’s dish, Vegan Nachos and Guacamole—If I want to eat like the way I cook, but I don’t want to cook, I will go back to Organic Grill, but I will never order any of their weak weak teas. I like my teas and coffees to be strong.

Breakfast: Coffee and Pink Shake (banana, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, tofu, OJ)

Lunch: Sauteed Broccoli Rabe, Tomato and Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar, Home made Whole Wheat Bread, Butterly Spread, Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

Dinner at Tara Thai: Grandma’s Special (Pad See Ew, Stir-fried Broad Rice Noodles with Broccoli in sweet soy sauce), Yellow Curry (potato and onion in turmeric coconut curry), Famous Basil Fried Rice, Chicken & Broccoli in Peanut Sauce, Jasmine Rice—I liked Granma’s Special the best. Yellow Curry the second. The Famous Basil Fried Rice was not as good as I expected it to be. It also had a few very spicy spots.
