Tropical Shake

Breakfast: Coffee, Tropical Shake

Lunch: Ratatouille, Vegetarian Paratha—exactly the same lunch fro yesterday

Dinner: Lentil Burgers, Pickled Onion, Pickled Celery, PIckled Broccoli, Pita, half Paratha—I made lovely Potato Salad, but the glass bowl slip out of my hand when I was taking it out of the refrigerator, and it shattered into pieces all over the kitchen and beyond. I couldn’t save any part of it, being afraid of eating up small pieces and powdered glass. 😦

Breakfast: Coffee, Green Goddess Shake—I used ALmond Milk and Coconut Water half and half this morning because there was not enough almond milk. A bad idea. It tasted great, but I’m slightly allergic to coconut. You can guess the rest…

Dinner: Tofu Pad Thai (Rice Noodles, Tofu, Orange Bell Pepper, Onion, Broccoli, Zucchini, Beans Sprouts, Peanut Oil), Baklava

Breakfast: Coffee, Very Berry Almond Milk Shake (Strawberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Tofu, Almond Milk)

Mezze Lunch: Vegetarian Paratha from Kalustyan’s, Onion Mushroom Tomato Sauce, Hummus, Quinoa Salad, Pickled Carrots, Tomato, Baklava, Coffee

Dinner: Udon Noodles with Baked Tofu, Pan Fried Cauliflower, Bean Sprouts, and Orange-Ginger Dressing
