Breakfast: Coffee, Very Pink Shake
Lunch: Sauteed Tofu and Broccoli, 6 Grain Rice, Kimpira Gobo, My NG Vegan Brownie—Sauteed tofu and broccoli is seasoned with Better Than Bouillon. It’s cheating. It’s easy, quick, and tasty. 6 Grain Rice has Black Rice, Red Rice, Short Brown Rice, Barley Berries, Rye Berries, and Purple Barley. It’s chewy and has interesting taste, although it takes longer time to cook than white rice.
Dinner: Sauteed Tofu and Broccoli, 6 Grain Rice—lunch menu was repeated.
