Dinner: Non vegan Brussel Sprouts, Vegan Carrots and Parsnips sauteed with Peanut Oil and Sugared Gingers, Roasted Potatoes, Potato Chips, Vegan Brownie, Vegan Peach-Apple Cobbler, Non Vegan Trifle—I need to create vegan holiday dinner menus. But when you are invited, you cannot ask for it. When I was asked to bring dessert, I brought vegan desserts without telling anyone. Only one person at the party asked if my brownie was gluten free!
