Green Goddess

Breakfast: Coffee, Green Goddess Shake

Lunch: Split Pea Soup, Muti-Grain Toasts, Tomato—I love split pea soup, but am getting tired of it. I keep eating it because I haven’t cooked much for the last few days. Not enough time to cook.

Dinner: Eggplant in Marinara Sauce
