Breakfast: Coffee, Very Berry Shake (Raspberries, Strawberries, Bananas, Tofu, OJ)

Lunch: Tofu with Tatsoi, Rice

Snack: Crackers

Dinner: Split Pea Soup, Toast, Quick Pickled Cucumber, Coconut Tart
