Very Berry Milk Shake

Breakfast: Coffee, Very Berry Almond Milk Shake

Lunch: Cold Sesame Noodles, Quinoa Salad, Kale (massaged with lemon and salt)

Dinner: Cold Sesame Noodles, Kale,  Cherries

Snack: Toast, Chocolate Fruit Balls

Left over lunch goes to dinner
