Green Goddess

Breakfast: Coffee, Green Goddess Shake

Cold Lunch: Lentil Burger, Pita, Vegetarian Couscous, Tomato, Green Beans with Sesame Dressing, Avocado

Cold Supper: Hummus, Turnip Coleslaw, Couscous, Tomato, Pita, Strawberries, Strawberries with Home Made Mixed Berry Ice Cream and a Digestive—it was another hot day. I had no energy to cook over stove.
